CONCIERGE EXPERIENCE

Conkright Aesthetics is a concierge practice for plastic surgery, wellness and rejuvenation. It is small by design, one surgeon and one office, so your care stays personal from your first call to your last visit.

Every consultation is with Dr. Conkright himself. Plan on about an hour. You leave with a plan and a quote made for you. Your procedure is performed personally by Dr. Conkright, and the care that follows comes from him as well.

Call 812-842-0240 at any hour and Andi answers. Andi is our AI receptionist, the practice’s own virtual assistant. She is there 24 hours a day, every day, so you never wait on hold. She can answer common questions, take down what you need, and make sure it reaches our office. Andi is there to help, not to provide medical care. For a medical emergency, call 911.

Andi does not book appointments herself. Once she has your details, our scheduling assistant, also part of the practice’s AI, follows up by text to find a time that suits you, and your appointment is confirmed in writing.

Dr. Conkright built the practice’s AI system himself. It answers every call and keeps track of requests, so the office can spend its time on you. We use it openly. When you are talking with Andi or our scheduling assistant, you are talking with the practice’s own AI. Your consultation, your procedure and your care are with Dr. Conkright himself.

Many procedures can be done awake, in our own office surgical suite, for selected candidates. It is a private setting with no shut-off times or goal times, so we can work as long as your procedure needs. Whether that is right for you is decided with Dr. Conkright at your consultation.
